Musical theatre Enjoy an evening of entertainment at an Evening of Musical Theatre featuring Westsider Megan Edwards with Emily Dehod and Tiernan La-Fleur Johnson performing Broadway show tunes past and present. All three performers have been accepted to study in theatre programs across the country and are raising funds to get there. Concert takes place at 7:30 p.m. at St. Michael and All Angels Cathedral, 608 Sutherland Ave. in Kelowna. General admission costs $25 and $20 for students. There will be a rock wall, bouncy houses, face painting, games and a cake and bake walk. Enjoy concession treats including hotdogs, hamburgers, popcorn and cotton candy. Golf tournament Ninth annual Okanagan Business Excellence Golf Tournament in support of the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank starts at 1:30 p.m. at Shannon Lake Golf Course Entry costs $150 per person or $560 for a team of four, which includes 18 holes of golf, dinner and prizes. Mother Goose Parent-Child Mother Goose program from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Westbank Library at 31 – 2484 Main St. in the Westridge Mall. Family playtime Family Playtime at the Webber Road Community Centre from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for children up to five years of age with a parent or caregiver. Drop in for social interaction with other parents and playtime for children. Activities may include a craft, gym time and circle time with stories and songs. Free.
