Rescheduled Fitz

-

West Kelowna’s Mission Hill Family Estate.

In the Okanagan, the B.C. Food & Wine Radio airs Saturdays at 9 a.m. on EZ Rock stations in Penticton, Summerland and OsoyoosOliver and on AM1150 in Kelowna at 10 a.m. on Thursdays and Saturdays.

The show also plays on Vancouver, Victoria and Kamloops radio stations and anytime at iheartradio.ca.

Country-rocker Jim Cuddy’s concert, which was postponed last week due to the Peachland-forest fire evacuation of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, has been rescheduled to Tuesday.

The winery has already contacted all of the original ticket holders to either rebook or offer a refund.

Since some can’t made the new date, some tickets are still available for $130 at FitzWine.com.

The rejigging puts the Cuddy show closer to singer songwriter Chantal Kreviazuk’s concert on Thursday. There are also a few tickets still left for her performance. Both concerts will be on Fitz’s crush deck, which now that the fire threat has passed, serves up stunning views over vineyards and Okanagan. While there, try one, or more, of the vintages that just won gold medals at the National Wine Awards of Canada: 2014 Fitz Brut, 2015 Fitz Brut, 2014 Fitz Sparkling Rose, 2014 Fitz Blanc de Blancs Sparkling and 2017 Pink Mile Rose.
