Vegan celebration set for Sunday in Kelowna
A week of celebrating vegan lifestyles concludes Sunday with a large celebration.
VegFest will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Immaculata Regional High School on KLO Road in Kelowna.
More than 60 vendors will showcase plant-based food options, apparel and accessories. Five food trucks will offer plant-based snacks or lunch in an outdoor picnic area, in addition to free samples offered inside the facility.
Free activities will include yoga classes, fitness classes and a drumming circle.
There will be live music, speakers, educational workshops and cooking demonstrations.
