I read where Kelowna mayor and council are considering hiring an environment “tsar’’ at $200,000 per annum on the recommendation of city staff.

Mayor Colin Basran is quoted as saying, “You are seeing municipalities create entire departments devoted to climate change and we’re talking about one person.”
