“Movie: Happiest Season”

Kristen Stewart (the “Twilight” movies) stars as a young woman who plans to propose to her girlfriend (Mackenzie Davis, “Halt and Catch Fire”) at the latter’s family Christmas dinner, then has doubts when she learns they don’t know she’s gay in this romantic comedy from director Clea Duvall

(“The Interventi­on”). Alison Brie, Aubrey Plaza, Daniel Levy and Mary Steenburge­n are also in the talented cast.

“Movie: Blue Story”

Great Britain’s Rapman used his YouTube series as the basis for this 2019 feature-length crime drama (which he also directed) about young London best friends who wind up on opposite sides of a street war. Stephen Odubola, Micheal Ward, Khali Best, Rohan Nedd and Kadeem Ramsay head the cast.

“Movie: Mighty Oak”

From director Sean McNamara (“The Miracle Season,” “Bratz”) comes this 2020 comedy/drama that stars Janel Parrish (“Pretty Little Liars”) as a young woman who meets a guitar prodigy and begins to think he’s the reincarnat­ion of her brother, who was killed years earlier in a car crash. Carlos and Alexa PenaVega, Tommy Ragen and RavenSymon­é are also in the cast.

“Yearly Departed”

Emmy winner Rachel Brosnahan (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”) is among the executive producers of this comedy special hosted by comedian Phoebe Robinson (“2 Dope Queens”) that puts the coda to 2020.
