Uncorking a twinkling light show

-

A Christmas tree with starbursts on either side is set up at Rollingdale Winery along Hayman Road.

Rollingdale Winery’s Christmas light display has won the best business light display award in the City of West Kelowna’s Twinkle Tour contest.

The winery’s display includes LED lights in the vineyard, on the fence, a Christmas tree and starbursts that mimic fireworks.

People can wander through the vineyard to admire the display, which will be lit up daily from 4 to 11 p.m. until Jan. 15.

The driveway into the winery can get icy after it snows, in which case people might want to park on the street.

Rollingdale Winery is located at 2306 Hayman Rd. A panel of judges named 2758 Sugosa Place, 2577 Bridlehill Court and 827 Franwell Road best residential winners and Shiraz Court as the Best Street.
