Women’s AA Meeting held every Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Church in Westbank. Use south entrance (facing towards Peachland). COVID-19 protocol is in place.

Tree chipping

Peachland Fire Rescue is offering contactless pickup for residents as part of its sixth Annual Christmas Tree Chipping for Charity event.

There will be no tree drop off this year. Instead, the Peachland Fire Department will be picking up Christmas trees by donation Jan. 3 and Jan. 9.

All decorations and tinsel must be removed in preparation for tree pick up. Donations will be accepted by e-transfer. Contact the Peachland Fire Department at 250-767-2841 or email fireclerk@peachland.ca for pick-up and donation information. All proceeds will go to Muscular Dystrophy of Canada.
