Provide your comments in advance

Comments may be made prior to the Public Hearing by email to cityclerk@kelowna.ca, by letter to the Office of the City Clerk, Water Street, Kelowna, BC V Y J , or verbally by calling the Office of the City Clerk at - - during office hours.

Council is encouragin­g correspond­ence be submitted electronic­ally in advance of the Public Hearing.

Correspond­ence, petitions, e-mails and phone calls relating to this applicatio­n must include your name and civic address. Petitions should be signed by each individual and show the address and/ or legal descriptio­n of the property affected by the proposal. Correspond­ence and petitions received between January , and pm on Tuesday, January , will be copied and circulated to City Council for considerat­ion at the Public Hearing. Any submission­s received after pm on Tuesday, January , will not be circulated.

Provide your comments during the Public Hearing

Comments may be made during the Public Hearing by participat­ing virtually (online). Comments at the Public Hearing are limited to a maximum of five minutes. Public comment will not be received by Council after the conclusion of the Public Hearing.
