Icewine and jazz on menu at winery

-

A West Kelowna winery is celebrating the icewine harvest with a jazz concert this Saturday.

Temperatures haven’t yet dipped to the –8 C required to pick icewine grapes, but wineries are hoping that night will come this month.

Grizzli Winery is hosting tastings and concerts this month in the grand tasting room. This Saturday, I will perform with guitarist Loni Moger from 5 to 7 p.m.

Tickets are $35-60 through exploretock.com/grizzliwinery/ event/248640/icewine-jazz-w-anna-jacyszyn.

The ticket price includes wine-tasting and the concert, but you can also choose the all-inclusive ticket to add dining to the winepairing experience. Vegetarian options are available and created by Kristina Simpson of Cured Tapas.

Social distancing and safety protocols are in place and facial masks are mandatory, while not sitting at your designated table. See you by the fireside.

Grizzli Winery is located at 2550 Boucherie Rd.
