City installing pumps at boat launch

Parking is going to be limited at the Water Street boat launch for the next month.

Parking on the south side of the launch will be closed so electrical pumps can be installed for use during high-water periods.

The $170,000 project will protect key infrastructure along Water Street and the downtown core, the City of Kelowna said in a news release.
