Okanagan’s own Lynne Taylor Donovan releases new vinyl album ‘Full Circle’

-

Lynne Taylor Donovan is proud to announce the release of the new vinyl LP Full Circle.

The album is the first of two vinyl albums to be released this year. It contains 10 tracks, 4 of which are only available on vinyl. It is available on the website or ask for it by name at your local record store, states a media release.

“I came up with the title of Full Circle for this album for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I recorded my very first record, Half Heaven Half Heartache, which is the first song on this album, on vinyl and now vinyl has come back “full circle” introducing a new generation to how truly awesome the vinyl experience really is,” said Donovan.

Full Circle is the first of two vinyl albums containing a compilation of Donovan’s most successful songs in the order they were released.

The second album entitled Movin’ On

picks up where Full Circle leaves off to the present day.

The second reason she chose the title for Full Circle is that she has come full circle back to health after fighting cancer twice over the past 15 years. She recorded the Talk To Me Album while going through cancer treatment.

The Full Circle Album was created while going through treatment again . . . thus the short hair, said Donovan.

Donovan says she now feels healthy and renewed and is ready to fully embrace her life with no signs of cancer appearing.

“It’s interesting how life’s challenges can make you stronger and appreciate life in a way you never did before. These times have been truly cathartic in a way I never would have known or felt and to be able to convey those emotions into songs is a great gift to me,” Donovan adds. “So . . . there you have it. I’ve come Full Circle and now it’s time for me to be movin’ on to “Movin’ On!”
