There will be a meeting at the Hussar Curling Club on Wednesday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m. for parents of Hussar youth currently in grade 6, 7, or 8 who are interested in forming a new ‘Trip Kids’ fundraising group. The current Trip Kids will be embarking on a Mediterranean Cruise this July. The Trip Kids are responsible for many fundraisers and services in our community, and we would like to see if there is interest in a new group forming to continue the work; with the end goal being a fundraised travel opportunity with their peers. This will be a very preliminary meeting to get an idea of interest levels. Please contact Barb Slemko at 403-901-4268 (text or call) if you have questions; or are interested but cannot attend the meeting.
