School has been in full swing in Delia for over a week now, it is nice to hear the kids at play at recess, seems like our Village is back to normal, it always seems so quiet when school is out for the summer.
Community in Bloom is still looking for volunteers-these are the good people who planted and tended the beautiful flower pots around our Village.

The Delia Drop In Centre will hold their first meeting of the fall season on Thursday, September 13, at 10 a.m. On Thursday, September 20, pot luck will be held at the Drop In at 12 noon sharp. This will be a stew luncheon, so join us for stew, everyone welcome.
Don’t forget Bingo, sponsored by the Delia Elks, every Tuesday night at the Delia Community Hall. Doors open at 7 p.m. Bingo starts at 8 p.m.
It’s getting to be that time of year again, on Friday, November 2, the Flu Clinic from Hanna, will be at the Delia Drop In Centre from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Mark it on your calendar.
The Delia School Enhancement Society will hold their next meeting on September 19 at 7 p.m. in the Delia Drop In Centre, come with your ideas and suggestions for the enhancement of Delia’s new school. For more information call Amber Marshall at 403 854 6131.
