No­tice of Send­ing of Prop­erty As­sess­ment & Tax No­tices 2019

In ac­cor­dance with Sec­tion 311(1) of the Mu­nic­i­pal Gov­ern­ment Act, no­tice is hereby given to the ratepay­ers of Star­land County that the 2019 prop­erty as­sess­ment and tax no­tices for the County were mailed on All as­sessed per­sons are deemed to have re­ceived their as­sess­ment no­tices as a re­sult of this no­tice.

If any per­son thinks that any prop­erty has been wrong­fully as­sessed, or as­sessed too high, or too low, or that their name or the name of any other per­son has been wrongly en­tered upon or omit­ted from the as­sess­ment roll of the mu­nic­i­pal­ity, they may at any time on or be­fore

no­tify the Chief Ad­min­is­tra­tive Of­fi­cer in writ­ing of the par­tic­u­lars and grounds of their com­plaints. As­sess­ment ap­peal forms are avail­able upon re­quest from the County Of­fice or on our web­site at www.star­land­county.com.
