CROWBAR OWNER William Johnson is a certified sommelier and a certified cider professional whose Fraserhood restaurant features one of the city’s largest local-craft-cider lists. With his Negroni Sbagliato, he puts a cidery twist on the classic Italian cocktail that takes its name from the Italian word for “mistake”. “This cocktail is for the bold and playful,” Johnson says. “It’s a nod to the happy experimentation of replacing Prosecco with B.C. cider.”
