A trip to Beau’s All Natural Brewery in Vankleek Hill has become a holiday tradition, even for the few people who don’t like beer.

Merchandise, apparel and oodles of gift ideas are on tap at the world famous brewery, which continues to produce award-winning brews.

You cannot go wrong with The Best of Beau’s Mix Pack, which includes four distinct beers, “a thoughtfully curated selection of both brand-new and fan favourites.”

“This special collection brings our best to your table or gathering this holiday season, while you share with friends and family.”

The quartet includes Quads & Rockers, an extra-strong Belgian-inspired ale that is dark and full-bodied. Expect rich, malty and bold flavours, with noticeable alcohol warmth. Quads & Rockers is tailor-made for beer drinkers with an eye for style and a taste for tradition.

Collabrrrewnaut, an espresso pilsner, is a classic Bohemianstyle pilsner blended with organic fair trade coffee from Honduras, specially selected for this collaboration with Ottawa’s Bridgehead Roastery. This beer was lagered for three weeks, then cold-infused with the coffee to create an unlikely but harmonious juxtaposition of light and dark.

Bush Fire, as its name suggests, is a flame-coloured ale infused with teas made from two plants native to South Africa, rooibos and honeybush. Spicy, earthy, and with a gentle touch of sweetness, this aromatic creation brings together two of the world’s most popular brews – tea and beer!

Dark Helmüt is an extrastrong version of a German black lager. It displays a mellow roasted character that is juxtaposed with the enjoyable lager crispness.
