Since 1945, people have been warming up to Boutique Levaque Fourrures Furs in Hawkesbury.

Specializing in recycling, repairing and storage of fur coats and accessories, the Main Street store also sells and repairs leather, shearling, down, polyester.

Levaque is not only known for furs but also for wool, shearling, leather, and ready-to-wear brand name coats and accessories.

Proprietor Jean-Yves Levaque is following in the footsteps of his father, who started the business more than 70 years ago. While the initial store specialized in fur garments, over the years, the shop has expanded its selection to include a wide variety of products and styles. Teddy bears and hammocks can also be found at the shop. While you’re there, ask how old fur coats can be recycled into rugs.
