Moose Creek Mall offers wide range of clothing
Moose Creek Mall boasts a variety of styles and fashions to bring a smile to someone’s face at Christmas.
Richard’s Men’s Wear is always a good place to purchase gifts for the holiday season. Manager David Theoret said the store offers “quality gifts” and a range of menswear “from suits to jeans.”
The store’s Viyella shirts are one of the most popular items. These sports shirts are made-in Canada and come in a variety of patterns. The store also carries Lois brand jeans, which Mr. Theoret related are “very comfortable.”
Some other popular items at the store include iron-free shirts made of 100 per cent cotton, for sport and dress wear. The shop also carries Point Zero and Haggar brand products. It also sells a range of stylish suits.
Mr. Theoret said he has noticed over the years more older men selecting youngerlooking styles. Men are more interested in looking good and want to invest in fashionable items these days, perhaps because the economy has been more prosperous.
Mr. Theoret added while the store attracts many local residents, just as many people come from the surrounding area because the store is located between Ottawa and Montreal.
“A lot of people stop at St. Albert Cheese, too, and make a day trip out of it,” Mr. Theoret added.
Barbara Renaud, third generation family owner of Chez Thérèse Clothing & Gifts, related her paternal grandmother Thérèse Théoret opened the store in 1967, fulfilling a “childhood dream.” The store that offers women’s fashions and home decor gift items will be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2017.
Some of the popular items the store carries include “a huge selection of dresses” as well as dress and casual fashions.
The store also carries a number of popular brand lines, including Joseph Ribkoff, Columbia Sportswear and Point Zero.
Chez Thérèse’s Christmas gift selections are always “a hit.” People can also make their purchases at the store’s online site at: www.cheztherese.ca
Customers keep coming back to Chez Thérèse Clothing & Gifts because staff care about making sure their clients are happy.
