Rember took a commanding lead after his first game, scoring 17 points of a maximum 18.
His squad duplicated the feat in the its second draw, capturing another 17 points, for a total of 34, outpacing Fred Lawton's runner-up rink, from Baie D'Urfe.
With Rember were third Jeff Rember, second Scott McClintock, and lead Eric Houle.
One-game-high honours were claimed by the Vankleek Hill team of Mike Kirby, while the runner-up was Danny Mapp's Brownsburg rink.
There were 23 outside entries in the Moose, as well as one local team, competing for cash prizes, for the first time.
The bonspiel is one of the longest running men's curling competitions in Eastern Ontario.
