2 break-ins in North Glengarry
The Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police detachment is seeking the culprits who stole several men’s watches and Canadian currency during a break-in on McCormick Road in North Glengarry May 31.
Anyone with information on the burglary is asked to call SDG OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Two people have been charged after a guitar was stolen during a June 2 break-in at a business on Kenyon Street West in Alexandria.
Evan Bridson, 35, of Cornwall, and Amanda Ross, 37, were charged with break and enter. They are to appear in court in Alexandria July 4.
Impaired driving charges
June 1, SDG OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint on Kenyon Street West in Alexandria. Kimberley Alteen, 48, of Lachine, was charged with impaired driving. She is to appear in Alexandria court July 4. June 2, officers were conducting a traffic stop on County Road 34 in North Glengarry when they arrested a man for impaired driving. Jacques Delorme, 54, of South Glengarry, will also face his charge July 4 in court in Alexandria.
