2 break-ins in North Glen­garry

The Stor­mont-Dun­das-Glen­garry On­tario Provin­cial Police de­tach­ment is seek­ing the cul­prits who stole sev­eral men’s watches and Cana­dian cur­rency dur­ing a break-in on McCormick Road in North Glen­garry May 31.

Two charged

Two peo­ple have been charged af­ter a gui­tar was stolen dur­ing a June 2 break-in at a busi­ness on Kenyon Street West in Alexan­dria.

Evan Brid­son, 35, of Corn­wall, and Amanda Ross, 37, were charged with break and en­ter. They are to ap­pear in court in Alexan­dria July 4.

Im­paired driv­ing charges

June 1, SDG OPP of­fi­cers re­sponded to a traf­fic com­plaint on Kenyon Street West in Alexan­dria. Kim­ber­ley Al­teen, 48, of La­chine, was charged with im­paired driv­ing. She is to ap­pear in Alexan­dria court July 4. June 2, of­fi­cers were con­duct­ing a traf­fic stop on County Road 34 in North Glen­garry when they ar­rested a man for im­paired driv­ing. Jac­ques Delorme, 54, of South Glen­garry, will also face his charge July 4 in court in Alexan­dria.
