The Glengarry News - - Front Page -

As we went to press, there was a possibility a Canada Post strike or lockout could begin September 26.

In the event the labour dispute remains unresolved, The Glengarry News subscribers will not receive their papers through the mail.

During the duration of the service interruption, subscribers can pick up their copies at our office at 3 Main St. S., Alexandria.

For subscribers living outside the immediate region, your copies will be held and mailed out once a settlement has been reached.

As usual, copies will be available at the many retail locations throughout the district.

If you have not yet tried our digital edition, now may be a good time to check it out at glengarrynews.ca

We shall post updates on the postal negotiations on our various platforms: glengarry247.com, glengarrynews.ca, on our Facebook page and on Twitter.

We appreciate your ongoing support and patience.
