École sec­ondaire catholique le Re­lais grad­u­ate An­gelina Gen­dreau will be re­turn­ing to the re­gion, fol­low­ing the end of the fall se­mes­ter at DePaul Uni­ver­sity, in Chicago.

In ad­di­tion to her stud­ies in the phys­io­the­r­a­phy pro­gram, Gen­dreau was a mem­ber of the school’s women’s soc­cer team, the Blue Demons.

The 5 ft. 4 in, for­ward/mid­fielder, who hails from Lan­caster, saw lim­ited ac­tion as a fresh­man, play­ing 102 min­utes over four matches, cred­ited with three shots on goal.

She tells The News that she plans to trans­fer to the Uni­ver­sity of Ot­tawa for the win­ter se­mes­ter, to fo­cus on her stud­ies. As for soc­cer, Gen­dreau is keep­ing her op­tions open.
