Two Glengarrians competed at the national university golf championships, last week in London.

Martintown’s Robyn Campbell, who’s graduating from Queen’s University this month, commented on Instagram, “Cheers to five years of getting to play the best sport with the best people for the best school. Goodbye Queen’s golf; thanks for the memories.”

Campbell shot rounds of 89, 87, and 88 at the Firerock Golf Club, where her Gaels team was collectively +122 to miss the cut for the final round.

Ben Lowe, of Alexandria, is a freshman member of the men’s golf team at Bishop’s University.

He improved his score each round, shooting 84, 79, and 76, but his Gaiters also failed to advance to the last day of play, finishing 12th overall and missing the cut by eight strokes.
