Canada Day beach party

Char­lot­ten­burgh Park will be filled with red, white and fun on July 1 to cel­e­brate Canada’s 152nd birth­day. The Raisin Re­gion Con­ser­va­tion Au­thor­ity (RRCA) will be host­ing a Beach Party and all are wel­come!

The Beach Party will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a DJ, BBQ and tube rides of­fered by Tu­bies for Fun. Ad­mis­sion will be free for all dayuse vis­i­tors on July 1. “The Char­lot­ten­burgh Park Beach Party will be a great op­por­tu­nity for fam­i­lies to cool off on what’s typ­i­cally a hot sum­mer day. When not swim­ming, beach­go­ers can play vol­ley­ball, hike a na­ture trail, or rest in the shade un­der our many ma­ture trees,” says Lisa Van De Ligt, RRCA Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Spe­cial­ist.
