Peace­fully, on Wed­nes­day, No­vem­ber 7, 2018 at Macken­zie Health. Mary Boeckh, in her 99th year, sol­diered on for many years after los­ing her beloved hus­band and part­ner, James Boeckh. Missed and loved by her daugh­ters Su­san, Mary Anne (Don MacLeod) and Sandy Boeckh. Mom adored and hu­moured her grand­chil­dren, Matthew (wife Theresa) and Emily MacLeod, Har­ri­son and Spencer Wy­att and Conor Sm ith. Pre­de­ceased by sib­lings Bill Clarke, Mar­garet Tafts and Mardy Fisk and by six spoiled boxer dogs.

An ac­com­plished golfer and curler, she spent sum­mers in Geor­gian Bay where she en­joyed row­ing, fish­ing and swim­ming. Many thanks to Kay Co­hen, the staff on the 2nd floor at Amica Thorn­hill and the staff at Macken­zie Health in Rich­mond Hill. The fam­ily will re­ceive friends at the Humphrey Fu­neral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Av­enue, on Sun­day, No­vem­ber 11th from 2 -4 p.m. and on Mon­day, No­vem­ber 12th from 12:00 - 2: 00 p. m. with fam­ily re­mem­brances at 1:00 p.m. Pri­vate in­ter­ment to fol­low at Mount Pleas­ant Ceme­tery.
