Fundraiser

A fundraisin­g ceilidh is Feb. 27 at Winsloe United Church, 7:30 p.m., hosted by Lester MacPherson. His special guest will be Susan Campbell. Joining them will be guest drummer Ian MacPherson who is sitting in for Brian Knox. A light lunch will be served with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Cards/Crokinole/Bingo

The Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre UPEI will be having a Euchre tournament on Feb 28. Registrati­on is at 12:45 p.m. with the tournament starting at 1 p.m. Admission is $5 for members and $6 for non-members. There will be a 50/50 draw as well as prizes for first, second and third. Mayflower Seniors weekly card play is Tuesdays, 1:30 p.m., at the Cotton Centre, Stratford. Bridge is played at the Silver Threads Club in Souris on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
