The death occurred peacefully at Andrews of Park West, Charlottetown, in the presence of his loving family, on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, of Barton Boswall, Veteran of World War

2, husband of Roma Boswall, who passed away on January 30,

2017, formerly of North Wiltshire, aged 93.

Barton was the beloved father of Marilyn Crozier (Gordon), Linda Coles (Allison) and Dale Boswall (Anne); loving grandfather of Wade Crozier (Shelley), Dianne Garnham (Brent), Sharon Miller (Joe), Sandra Coles and Heather Boswall; and great-grandfather of Megan, Kaylee, Connor and Blake Crozier; and Rachel and Olivia Miller. He is also survived by his sister, Verna Jenkins (Clair). Besides his wife, Roma, Barton was predeceased by his parents, Almon and Pearl (Weatherbie) Boswall, his parents-in-law, Frank and Ella (Clark) Mitchell; his brothers and sisters, Edna Foster (Stanley), Borden (Marian), Rowell (Genevieve), Rena Godfrey (Warburton) and Lincoln (June); and his grandson, Robbie Coles. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 6-9 p.m. The funeral will be held at Central Queen’s Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. If so desired, donations in Barton’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the North Wiltshire Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
