Mudmen defeat Halifax

Simon Hood scored two tries as the Mudmen beat Halifax 41-13. P.E.I. led 12-10 at the half. Mudmen’s Mark Lloyd was selected player of the game. The Mudmen are now 1-1 on the season. Next up is a doubleheader on Saturday versus the Fredericton Loyalists. The first game gets underway at Co-op Field at 2 p.m.
