Born in Alberton on June 4, 1954, son of the late Emerson Otis and Ada Elizabeth (Jones) Costain. Husband of Cheryl (Small) Costain. Father of Jeremy (Karrie) Costain and Jerrica (Derrick) Oatway. Also survived by special friend Darlene MacRae. Grandfather of Lilly Costain, Koen Costain, Ace Oatway, Jett Oatway and Hallie Oatway. Brother of Steve (Linda), Floyd (Willa), Gene (Ellen), Duke-deceased (Diane), Valerie, and Jackie (Chris). Sonin-law of Bruce Small. Brother in law of Keith (Nancy) Small, Sharon (Andre) Baril, Sheila Small Bridges, Sharlene (Brian) Munday and Keir Small. Predeceased by his infant sister, Steve’s twin Beryl, brother Darren, mother-in-law Lillian (Coulson) Small and stepmother-in-law Helen (Forbes) Lyle Small.

Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday at St. John’s Anglican Church St. Eleanors at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Church Cemetery.
