MACINNIS, J. Robert (Bobby)

The Funeral for J. Robert (Bobby) MacInnis of Travellers Rest was held Thursday July 27, 2017 in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel Kensington where the service was conducted at 10:30 a.m. by Pastor Wayne Pike and Rev. Heather MacDougall. The Eulogy was given by Jane MacLaurin. Jeannie Cameron accompanied by guitarist Roy Arsenault rendered the selections Amazing Grace and In The Garden. During the service the selections One More Day and You Can Let Go Now Daddy were played. Attending the funeral were representatives of the Department of Forestry and Horseman from across the Province. Flowerbearers were Kelley Aiken, MacKenzie MacInnis, Molly MacInnis, Dawn MacInnis and Brooke Cameron. Honorary Pallbearers were Brenda Arsenault, Alan MacDonald, Dale & Karen O’Brien, Eddy Strongman, Wendell & Janet Grady, Bob Bowness, Johnny Doyle, Michael Doyle, Allan MacDonald and Leonard “Barney” McGuigan. Pallbearers were Walter Cheverie, Brian Whitlock, Vance Cameron, Kent MacLaurin, Roddie MacLean and Donnie MacInnis. Interment was in People’s Cemetery Summerside.
