P.E.I. Mudrooters rally Sunday in support of QEH cancer care

Racing takes place in Springton on Sunday

Some thrilling 4x4 truck rally action this weekend will also raise funds for a good cause.

The P.E.I. Mudrooters hold their annual truck rally event Sunday in support of cancer care at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Racing takes place at 855 Fredericton Station Rd. in Springton. Sand drags start at 9 a.m. and slaloms start around noon.

The event goes rain or shine, with a canteen on site. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for kids 12 and under and free for kids 5 and under.
