Fundraisers

The Seniors Active Living Centre, Bell Aliant Centre, UPEI, is having a Christmas bake and decor sale on Monday, Nov. 27, 10:30 a.m.

A one-day Auction tournament will be held at St. Anne’s Parish, Hope River, 106 St. Patrick’s Rd., (in the basement), Nov. 27, 1 p.m. Admission is $7 per player. Bring a partner. There will also be a 50/50 draw, door prizes and a buffet supper. For information, call Inez at 902-569-2194.

Presentation

The free “Meatless Monday” healthy eating presentation with dietitian Morgan Palmer RD is Monday, Nov. 27, 7 p.m., at the Milton Community Hall. Donations will be gratefully accepted and directed towards the community’s exercise programs. RSVP to 902-368-3090 or admin@miltonvalepark.com.

Cards/Cribbage/ Crokinole

Coffee club is Mondays and Fridays, 10 a.m., at the Milton Community Hall. Enjoy coffee and conversation. Admission is a donation of coin or sweets.

Cash bingo is at the Kingston Legion Branch 30, New Haven, Monday and Friday, 7:30 p.m., with a 50/50 draw, progressive jackpot and canteen.

East Royalty Lions team cribbage is Mondays at the Malcolm Darrach Centre, 1 Avonlea Dr., East Royalty, for ages 19 and over.

Health/Classes

Exercise classes for 50-plus are Mondays and Fridays, 9 a.m., at the Milton Community Hall. Cost is $3.

Good Neighbourly Club Fitness Program at Tracadie Community Centre is on Mondays, 6:30 p.m., with low impact fitness using body weights, dumb bells and exercise balls. All fitness levels are welcome. Cost is $4, pay as you go.
