CLEROUX, Linda Diane (nee Bigelow)

It is with profound sadness that the family of Linda Cleroux (nee Bigelow) announce her passing on August 29, 2018 at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax after her courageous battle with cancer at the age of 62. She was born in Charlottetown, P.E.I. on March 2, 1956. Linda was predeceased by her loving parents William (Bill) and Joan Bigelow. She leaves to mourn and is lovingly remembered by her husband Kevin and her beloved son Tyler (Sherry); and her brother John (June). Also always remembered by her father and mother-in-laws Roger and Florence, brother-inlaws David (Nathalie), Steven (Bonnie) and sister-in-law Lisa (Lee) and her many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends. Linda’s main loves were her home and family, her friends and most especially her “furry” friends Misty, Buddy, Rocky and Reese. She had a great capacity of love and compassion for her dogs and all animals. Up until her illness, Linda worked with Children at Oceanview Elementary School, who always looked forward to seeing her as she looked forward to spending time with them even attending some of their special after school events. Linda was cremated, and her ashes will come home and to her much-loved P.E.I. to rest for eternity. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SPCA.
