Workshops Sarah Forrestor Wendt, chef and owner of My Plum My Duck, is giving five, free preserving workshops

on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. at the P.E.I. Farm Centre, 420 University Ave. Oct. 16 is tomato salsa, Oct. 30, quick pickles, Nov. 6, apple sauce, Nov. 20, fermentati­on and Dec. 4, freezing.
