Change of Command ceremony on board HMCS Charlottetown

Cmdr. Craig Skjerpen, centre, presides over the change of command ceremony aboard HMCS Charlottetown. Outgoing Commanding Officer Cdr Nathan Decicco is succeeded by Cdr Nancy Setchell. Setchell is the second woman to have ever commanded a Canadian frigate since Cmdr. Josée Kurtz helmed HMCS Halifax in 2009.
