UPEI honours alumni
UPEI recently held a ceremony to recognize the recipients of the 2018 alumni awards. From left, are Laura Archer and Dr. Peter Hooley, who were the Inspiring Young Alumni Award recipients. This award goes to alumni younger than 40 who have shown outstanding determination in achieving success at a young age. Jo-Anne Doyle Knysh, second right, and Thilak Tennekone were this year’s Distinguished Alumni recipients for their outstanding contributions to knowledge, the arts, the community, the university or humanity.
