Gallant sentenced for impaired driving

SUMMERSIDE – Jordan Richard Gallant, 19, of Abram-Village has pleaded guilty to one count of having control of a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit. Gallant must serve three days in jail, pay a $1,000 fine and $300 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.
