7 DAY FORECAST, P.E.I.
CINDY SAYS: In the wake of yet another powerful offshore storm, we continue to experience a cold north wind, onshore snow and mid-winter conditions across the Island. Record low temperatures will combine with that icy wind to serve up a wind chill of -15. The week will end on a milder note with temperatures hovering around the freezing mark on Friday. A push of warmer air ahead of the next system will bring rain Saturday afternoon. Conditions will improve quickly and Sunday looks fair and just a little bit cooler. I’m watching a system that has the potential to be quite messy; it would make its move late Monday into Tuesday.
