The Clyde River United Baptist Church invites everyone to the 2019 World Day of Prayer. The message is about Women in Slovenia overcoming injustices. A World Day of Prayer service will be held at St. James Presbyterian Church, corner of Pownal and Fitzroy Streets in Charlottetown on Friday, March 1, at 2 p.m. (storm date: March 3, 2:30 p.m.). Participating churches are Central Christian, First Baptist, Holy Redeemer, St. Dunstan’s Basilica, St. Paul’s Anglican, St. Peter’s Anglican, Trinity United, Zion Presbyterian and St. James. All are welcome.
A World Day of Prayer service is Friday, March 1, 7 p.m., at St. Pius X Church, 106 St. Peter’s Rd, Charlottetown (storm date: March 3, 2 p.m). This year’s theme is “Come - Everything is Ready”. The service was created by the Women from Slovenia. Everyone is welcome.
