Work underway at Nine Mile Creek Harbour

Construction currently underway to replace a portion of the wharf should be completed later this fall. As the harbour is currently at capacity, the work will expand the number of boats used for the commercial fisheries as well as for aquaculture. Nine Mile Creek Harbour has a dozen lobster boats and an equal number of boats for aquaculture operations such as mussels and oysters.
