Peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, the passing of John Charles MacDonald, formerly of Alliston, husband of 59 years to Elaine

( Maclure) MacDonald, occurred on Sunday, June 9, 2019, with family by his side. Born in Peter’s Road, he was the son of the late Artemas Daniel and Alice (Graham) MacDonald. John is survived by a son Graham MacDonald; brother Graham MacDonald and sister Lorraine Lanigan. Predeceased by sisters, Ruth MacSwain and Eunice in infancy. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting hours on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 13 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Phil Scott officiating. Interment to take place in Peter’s Road Cemetery. Donations to be made to the Peter’s Road Cemetery.
