7 DAY FORECAST, P.E.I.

-

CINDY SAYS: Now, this is more like it. If you have yard work to do, today is the day; I’m watching a little spring set back on the radar. Showers will build in from the west late today ahead of a developing wind and rain system. I don’t expect the rainfall totals to be excessive, but the wind will be strong; from the southeast, then the southwest with gusts to 80 km/h tomorrow and Friday. Colder air in the wake of the low will serve up a cool end to the week, with some wet snow likely. The weekend should be fair with a mix of sun and cloud and pleasant late April temperatures. By Sunday night, we can expect more rain on the leading edge of what could be a developing Nor’easter.
