CINDY SAYS: Are you ready for a cold front? Warm temperatures are one thing, but this muggy weather is something else — really only good for mushrooms and slugs. I’m watching an approaching cold front that will eventually wring the moisture out of the system. The front will be overhead tomorrow, but a knuckle of energy developing on the front will push across the island with more showers and thundershowers. On Thursday, a muchanticipated wind shift to the northwest will usher some clearing and a more pleasant brand of air; Friday looks fabulous. As for the weekend, a fast-moving system will race across the province with a few showers on Saturday; the sun will return on Sunday.
