The following list of selfhelp groups is from Peer Support, a program of the Canadian Mental Health Association, P.E.I. division. Listing a group does not necessarily signify endorsement of that group by the CMHA. Due to restrictions put in place by Health P.E.I. in response to COVID-19, varying protocol exist for group meetings, it is recommended to contact the group leader before attending.
