UPSCALE RETREAT FEELING

-

MARZ HOMES is pleased to present, Azure Lakeside Village. The name Azure comes from the colour of the sky and the sea, so Marz Homes chose to reflect this in the interior and exterior designs of the community. The Azure designs are unique and cannot be found in previously built homes by Marz. Design inspiration came from its location surrounded by natural amenities such as the Waterfront Trail, Lake Ontario and Fifty Point Conservation Area.

The construction process is well underway and right on schedule. There are now three completely fur nished costal inspired designer model homes open to the public. Each one of these homes is designed with a different coastal theme in mind.

The first home has the feel of a coastal summer cottage. The use of light colours and natural elements as well as beautiful scener y makes living by the water very relaxing. The fir st thing people notice when entering this model home is the amount of natural light in the house. This g ives a war m and

inviting feel to the home.

The second unit has a moder n yet retro feel. The kitchen is especially breathtaking thanks to the use of a turquoise backsplash laid out in a stacked patter n. This backsplash was inspired from the close proximity to the waterfront. While upstairs you’ll find one of the biggest walk-in closets you’ll ever come across in the master bedroom.

The third model home at Azure Lakeside Village features turret styled architecture that allowed Marz Homes to design an elegant master bathroom. This spacious design creates the feeling of being in an upscale Hampton’s retreat. Adding to the retreat feeling also draws from the location’s natural surroundings.
