Pan Am ticket purchase frustrating

Ticket snafu underscores chaos in Pan Am Games seating (Opinion July 6)

In regards to Ken Daly’s article about Pan Am tickets, I had the same frustrating problem. I ordered our tickets on Jan. 2 for the men’s final and my credit card was debited the same day. Trying to get information regarding seats was impossible. We finally received our tickets on Friday, July 3, and were disappointed to find that we, too, were in the nosebleeds. We paid top price for our tickets so I would love to know how these seats were assigned.
