Dundas resident wins $1 million

Victor Rutkowski of Dundas has won $1 million through the Instant Extreme Millions lottery. Rutkowski bought ticket with winnings of $60 from a previous purchase. Victor says once he was able to convince his wife and mother of the win, they began looking for a new home. Victor also plans to buy a new car and make some investments.
