More Epi-pens

Epinephrine Auto-Injectors (Epi-pens) are now available in all Hamilton rec centres, arenas, YWCA senior centres and community halls. The injectors are in case of a life-threatening allergic reaction, known as anaphylaxis. In cases where this is suspected, people are urged to use it. It is not safe to wait for emergency medical personnel, Food Allergy Canada says.
