Pickleball Hamilton welcomes new players to the game of pickleball. Join us at any of these schools on any of these four nights: St. David Elementary School, Monday and Friday from 7 to 10 p.m.; St. Charles Mountain, Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.; St. Joachim Elementary School, Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m. All equipment and instructio­n will be provided. Free try-before-you-buy sessions. Hamilton Lacrosse Associatio­n Jr. B Bengals are hosting two free one-hour sessions to new players. These sessions will give brand new players the skills necessary to start their box or field lacrosse season. Sessions are for boys and girls from tyke (2010) to bantam (2003) age groups. Girls’ field lacrosse winter skills clinic. HLA is growing the game of women’s field lacrosse in Hamilton. We are proud to provide teams in the U11, U13, U15 and U19 divisions of OWFL. Girls who play know that field lacrosse opens opportunit­ies at the OUA, NCAA levels and more. If you are looking for a sport to advance your skills in hockey or basketball, give lacrosse a try.
