When customer service manager Cindy gets into the store, she leave all bad things at the door and ensures to treats all of her customers and staff in a happy, respectful way.
“I would never ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t do,” she says of the way she runs her department. “We are a small, close knit community and we all help each other out.”
Having been at the store since it opened 17 years ago, Cindy knows many of her customers by name and has created a bond with many that goes far beyond the call of duty.
